MARSHALLTOWN Tampers are used to flatten and smooth dirt, stone, asphalt, and other materials and come in two different styles. Our Welded Dirt Tampers have a steel pipe construction with welded gussets for increased strength. The 48″ handle may be filled with sand for added weight. You have your choice of a 8″ x 8″ or 10″ x 10″ base. Our contractor-grade QLT Tampers come in the same sizes as our Welded Dirt Tampers and also have a 48″ handle. They have a 10″ rubber grip for a better hold. The MARSHALLTOWN Tampers are Made in the USA with Global Materials.
